Hi, I'm having the same issue here. This is the scenario:

- I have my Outlook Contacts sycned with iCloud via iCloud Control Panel.

- I deleted some contacts in Outlook, but the deleted contacts still show up in iCloud. When I tried deleting the same contacts in iCloud, the error message "Dialog.Error.Text.Contact.DESTROY.NOT_FOUND" popped up.

- There is no issue with synching contacts between Outlook and iCloud when adding new contacts or updating existing contacts. This issue happens when deleting contacts from Outlook.

Hope someone can advice on this. Thanks

Deleting contacts on the iphone works -> the I sync with the cloud.

After that I take a look at the cloud contacts at firefox, but the deleted contacts are still there.

After sync with icloud-iphone again .. the deleted contatcs are still deleted on the iphone but NOT in the cloud.

tyining to delete any of my exicting contacts give me the upon mentioned error

Creating a new contact in the cloud -> sync iphone -> Works

deleting in cloud that contact -> sync iphone -> works

Think i found it.

Log in www.icloud.com

Remove all information of the contact you want to delete. Phone, adress, ...

Remove the name and replace the name with A.

Save

Modify en click remove.

Chech your list "all contacts".

If A is still there delete again. Faster with the cmd del button.

Check again.

If there is no A but something like "no name" delete it also.

Check you total number of contacts and you 'll see 1 less.

This is almost certainly an ICloud bug in the way it handles Outlook deleted contacts.

I can add or edit a contact in Outlook and it instantly shows up on my IPAD. That's not the case when you delete a contact in Outlook though and nothing is updated on the IPAD

However if I delete a contact on the IPAD, it instantly deletes on Outlook.

If I switch off the sync on the IPAD and then delete all contacts, then switch sync back on, it updates the contacts in exactly the way they are in Outlook/iCloud.
