Feb 7, 2013 1:37 PM in response to revrebarby Etienne Ruedin,Use Supercard. It is Mac only and the closest cousin of Hypercard. If you bought Hypercard in the past, you get Supercard for 129 or 199 only. See their website for details.
Or use LiveCode (ex MetaCard). It runs also on iOS, Android, Win and Linux. It is quiet expensive, but believed to be the Hypercard of the 21st century. If you are lucky (and may be with your help) it becomes open source very soon: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1755283828/open-source-edition-of-livecode

Feb 7, 2013 2:28 PM in response to Etienne Ruedinby Etienne Ruedin,Following a message with this information, you can also emulate a PPC Macintosh with Classic modus on OS X 10.4 an use Hypercard as in the good old times.
On the first link is a free stack that helps to export content from Hypercard stacks before upgrading to Intel Macintosh and/or OS X >10.4.
