Is their sound muted? Double tap Home button, swipe to the right to reveal mute button on the extreme left.
I have tried your suggestion on my sons Ipod but it still isn't working! Any more ideas?
Can the caller FaceTime others successfully? Can you FaceTime others successfully? Just trying to establish which device is the problem!
Put dragon on my ipad and the microphone is not working...Any sugestions??
If it is still under warranty, or not, make an appointment with Apple.
