Dvd Studio Pro support

I have a clip in the "timeline" in Dvd Studio Pro, I want to cut the clip down to a spicific frame but when ever i try it goes a few frames before or after. is there a setting in Dvd Studio Pro that would let me cut a clip to ware the playhead is, like the N key in final cut?
