When I am trying to sync my new Iphone 4s to my Itunes library. during step 6 I get a message saying 1765xxxxx-xxxxx-03-02-2012-11-52 was not copied to the Iphone because it could not be found and then Itunes stops responding.
When I try to sync my new Iphone 4s to my Itunes library, I get a message "1765xxxxx-18004051806-03-02-2012-11-52 was not copied to the Iphone "my name's Iphone" because it could not be found." Then the Itunes stops responding and I can't complete the sync.
This keeps happening every time. I have restarted the computer, shut it down completely and still the same result.
How can I get this fixed
