My wife just got the 4s last night. She's getting used to Siri but can't figure out how to set reminders for every OTHER day. Is this possible?
Just today, I asked Siri to set up a reminder for every other day and it worked perfectly. It set up a custom repeat. I don't think its possible to do it without Siri.

The repeat options for Reminders is as shown when selecting Repeat:
None
Every Day
Every Week
Every 2 Weeks
Every Month
Every Year
There is no every other day option.
Hmmmm....that's not good. How about in calendar???
Directly on the iPhone, no. But I can have an event repeat every 2nd day, since my calendars sync to iCloud. Like this: Create (or edit) the event on iCloud, then choose "Repeat: Custom" and "Every 2 days". That should stick when it syncs back to the iPhone.
Not sure what you mean by "on iCloud"?
