I updated to the latest IOS (5.1.1) today and since then Find my friends hang at "signing in" hangs during signing in. I can't back up & start over, every time I open the app, it's hanging there. Can I clear this without losing everything?

Tap the home button to exit the app. Once you are on the home screen, double tap the home button. Tap and hold on the Find my Friends icon. Tap the red ➖ when it appears. Relaunch Find my Friends.

Hi I updated my iphone 4 to the newest version about a week ago... After the update, Find My Friends (still) worked as usual but few days ago I can't open the app anymore! I opened it but disappear after a few seconds!

Can I ask you did you delete the app and reinstall it?

If I do that do I have to send request to my friends again?

I have updated my 4s to 5.1.1 after that my wifi got gryed out i have tryed out every thing from switching off it to 12 to 15 hrs, & reseting network settings for many times

No. You jailbroke, you voided the warranty. May also be why your Wi-Fi is grayed out. Jailbreaking was probably not a good thing to do.
