Jun 30, 2013 5:04 AM in response to sinhazby Beloved4evr,Thanks! I didn't realize I had so many apps open! Closing them all and doing the soft reboot almost had it. I just had to restart Itunes on my Mac.

Aug 8, 2013 2:29 PM in response to LSullyRby misterduck98,It only gives an 'could not start a session' when I try to make a backup. It's on an iMac and it happens to three different iPods with different cables put into different ports. It does work on other computers.

To clarify, I unplugged my iphone, closed iTunes. Then I powered my phone off /on and plugged it back into my computer. iTunes started automatically and synced my iphone with no problem - so huge thanks!!

Oct 11, 2013 1:56 PM in response to LSullyRby DonnaBX293,For iOS 7.0.2 I had to go to iCloud on the phone and turn off Find My iPhone. Then I went ahead to resync my phone to iTunes and it worked. I'm using an iPhone 5S. Hope this helps.
