If you rent a movie on Apple TV and do not watch it, it will disappear when the Apple TV is either turned off or used for something else. When it comes to re-download the movie again in order for you to watch it, you will not have to pay for it. No, unfortunately you cannot store 2 movies on your Apple TV at once.

May 14, 2012 11:51 PM in response to Winston Churchillby sallyo,Thanks Winston. Just one more question - so when the device is in sleep mode it is not 'turned off'? So as long as we leave it in sleep we won't loose the download.
