Q: itunes won't recognize iphone

I have Windows 7 and iphone 4.1 with the latest verson on the phone. I uninstalled itunes, reinstalled, rebooted the phone and it still doesn't work, and I right clicked on the phone under devices and itunes said I need the driver but the computer says the driver is up to date. Ever since I started with iCloud, I cannot connect the iphone to itunes
