Q: Where are New Zealand's & Japan's Territories?

Why do I not see Japan or New Zealand as territories to which I can add my book? In the case of the later, I assumed (foolishly) that Australia covered the area, but I had a request this morning from someone in New Zealand who said they could not find it. Are Japan and New Zealand not available yet for iBooks sales?

You are right. No New Zealand, and no Japan.
