Chicago manuscript format (pages)

I"m currently doing my research paper and now it has to be in Chicago manuscript format. In chicago style title page has no number but second page should be your last name and page 2 and so on (i.e. Smith 2, Smith 3. also while citing text it requires number quotations "how do u put the one above the quote"1. the one shoud be higher how do u move that in pages. tks for any help in this matter.

The second request is called a Footnote if at the bottom of the same page, Section Endnote if at the end of each Section and Endnote if at the end of the document.


You set up which one of the 3 you want and how you want the numbering to behave in:


Inspector > Document > Document > Footnotes & Endnotes


Then you click where you want a Footnote or Endnote:


Menu > Insert > Footnote/Section Endnote/Endnote
