iCloud email times.

I live in London where the current time is 3:45pm but the time on my received messages and sent mail is eight hours behind UK time at 7:45am! I have followed instructions to make sure my time zone is set to London time, logged out of iCloud and logged back in again but this does not resolve the issue. Times on all my other devices (iPhone, iPad, mac Book Air) are correct and my iCloud Calendar has the correct time too. Please can anyone help me to fix this? Thanks...
