How to dispute a billing charge to Apple?
How do I dispute a billing charge from store? I think it may be a duplicate charge from 2011. I can't seem to find billing dispute on website. Phone #s all seem to deal with tech questions. Thanks!!

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
There is no phone support for the iTunes Store, by the way, only a web form.
