my iphone 4s wont let me download apps

I had the same problem, deleted all the apps on my phone that were "waiting" and reloaded them and it seemed to work OK, had tried all the different solutions out there on the internet!

try to download apps by one at the time.

Try going Airplane Mode and then off. It will refresh the signal (if you're downloading via 3G) or reestablish the connection to the server (if you're downloading via Wi-Fi).

I have an iPhone 3gs and whenever I wanted to download an app a message would appear saying the terms and conditions i believe had change so it would give me two choices such as cancel or ok so then i pressed ok then it took me to that page i just said accept then it didnt download any apps what i did i singed out of my iphone then loggged back in and there it workeddd.
