- Go to settings>wifi and change the DNS to Google's 8.8.8.8

May 14, 2012 12:00 PM in response to mlb301080by alanfromnewtownards,Try a Reset / another Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank then power ON again in the normal way.] It is 'appsolutely' safe! And it cured it for others.
