I was charged for an in app purchase for a magazine from Zinio. There was an error while downloading and I never got the magazine, but was charged for it anyway. Does anyone know how to go about getting my money back?
Fron the iTunes menu bar click Store > Check for Available Downloads
You can turn off subscriptions > iTunes Store: Purchasing and managing auto-renewing subscriptions
As for a refund, Apple's policy states that, "all sales are final" > iTUNES STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you can't get the download to work try asking the app's developer for a refund > http://www.zinio.com/help/index.jsp
