Q: Facetime freezes on all devices.

I had my cable provider install a new router last week, and ever since, my Facetime doesn't work. I called cable and spoke with two people on two separate calls and they all said to contact apple, because the router looks fine on their end. But, this is happening on ALL of my devices, and i can facetime myself from device to device, i just can't facetime anybody else or receive anyone's facetime call. I am using an ipad 2 and iphone 4s.

Please please help. I'm desperate.
