post movies to SharePoint so they stream when clicked

I need to figure out a new way to post movies to SharePoint so they stream when clicked, from every browser and iPad. Maybe something to consider might be HTML5 encoding or another system? Let me know if anyone knows of any software that can do this.

Deliverables: video streaming when clicked in SharePoint through computer, Citrix, iPad 2

I think you'll be more likely to get assistance with this on a Sharepoint-oriented forum since this really isn't an iPad issue, per se. Sharepoint, though, does not provide true streaming features; it will only host a video file for downloading. You can probably set up "fast start" so that the video will start playing before it's completely downloaded, but I don't know for certain that Sharepoint supports that part of HTML standards. Someone on a Sharepoint forum would probably know. For basics on the coding, do a web search for something like "html video fast start".
