i forgot my security questions
New to itunes and I need help resetting my security questions?
Any help would be appreciated.

That link is a joke. Only allows you to email or chat later. Selecting chat later send you an email stating you can initiate a chat when you are ready but when you click on the link to initiate the chat you go right back to the choice of email or chat later. No way to initiate the chat.
It is the only way to contact iTunes. I can't comment on chat as I haven't used it but have had no issues with email correspondence
