Install the airport utility application.
If it didn't come on your dvd, then download it from the apple site.
Make sure that you have AirPort Utility 5.5.3 for Windows installed on your PC.
Open AirPort Utility and click Manual Setup
Click the Guest Network tab to setup the name of the Guest Network, enable security, and establish a wireless network password. Then click Update to save your settings.
