Keyboard not functioning.


Have been through help desk, express lane....


Keyboard viewer shows me that all key functions are being acknowledged, but in reality, I cannot type anything.

Have been through the universal access and checked the mouse function has not been turned on to operate keys etc...

All good, the mouse and curser work fine, system all good for surfing etc, just cant use the keyboard.

Can someone please assist, I am overseas with work and was initially concerned it may have picked up a virus from public wifi useage?
