The instructions say to move iTunes to the trash then reload it. That is what is has to do with iPhones.
hey!! I have this same question. I did a search and I come here for an answer. Now all I see is this guy's snarky, kind of mean & insulting reply. I feel bad for you, nealy1 that you had to put up with that.
I have had that happen to me several times on a forum somewhere else. It kind of blows.
