To access pages files on your mac that were created on an iOS device, you need to navigate to icloud.com on your web browser, open the iWork section, locate the documents and download them to your computer.

If you then edit them on your computer and wish to put them back into iCloud, you must do this by dragging the documents back onto the iCloud pages section.
