My brand new iMac doesn't turn on on the next day

Stupid question; is it plugged in?
Brand new, and failed? Call AppleCare and ask how to get the machine replaced or repaired?
Of cause its plugged in, the problem in our country we don't have Apple store, we purchased it in Santa Monica
