Has anybody else noticed 3G defaulting to 'on' in iOS 5.1.1? -- I don't remember it happening before.While investigating rapid battery loss I tried turning off 3G -- Settings > General > Network > Enable 3G (3G is not available where I live). I noticed subsequently that restarting the phone (iPhone 4S) turns it on again. Unhelpful behaviour!
