Why can't I install MagicJack?

I solved this problem by running the terminal.app from the utilities area.

I ran the command:

sudo /Volumes/magicJack/Start\ magicJack.app/Contents/MacOS/Autorun ;

Note this was after some trial and error. I also had to enter my sysadmin password. I don't recall if the password question came up after entering the above command or after having previously entered 'sudo' by itself.

I was installing a magicjack plus. Also, the above was entered after having plugged the usb device into the macbook and the device being recognized.

After running the command the application installed and the app is now working on my mac. Hope this helps. Please let me know. Thanks.
