where is text edit?
When I open documents, I can't see the option for text edit. How do I get this up?
MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
You can drag TextEdit's icon from the Applications folder to the dock to have it handy.
If you mean that TextEdit isn't in the suggested list of applications when you do an "open with", choose "other" and browse to texdEdit in the applications folder.
