You may be able to, but it would be a special order and you'd have to wait for a new keyboard. Only the Apple store can tell you for sure.

In the meantime, how often do you need Ñ or ñ? They and many other diacritics are available on the US keyboard (which you probably know since you typed one).

You can change the mapping in System Preferences > Input Sources and use keyboard viewer to  see where the remapped keys are, or possibly find overlays for the standard keys.

Obviously if you're going to be using Spanish most of the time, neither of those may be satisfactory, but they're options if a new keyboard isn't available.

The US Apple Store offers four different keyboard layouts to choose from at no extra charge: English, Western Spanish, French & Japanese. In the first screen you select the base model and processor speed, in the next screen you can select the keyboard, amongst other things. If you want to review the different keyboard layouts that Apple puts in its products, see here:  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2841

Note that as mentioned above, the keyboard you buy only changes the key caps. The actual key to character mapping is done by the OS and controlled in the Input Sources perfpane.
