I don't know anything about finding what you need in Europe, but generally: The keyboards, floppy modules, and trackpads from PB 190, PB 5300, PB 3400, and PB 3500 (original PowerBook G3 AKA Kanga) are all interchangeable. Here in the states, PB 190's are dirt cheap. You can easily find a complete PB 190 for less than the price usually asked for a PB 3400 keyboard, for example.
In Europe(Germany) PB 190 are not dirt cheap-but you may try an external ADB-keyboard first. I've got a PB 1400 with only the keyboard-connector loose,works again.
