My iPod classic won't sync tv shows I downloaded from the iTunes store. I double checked all of the preferences to make sure my iPod was set to sync tv shows, but it still won't work. Any ideas?

Highlight the TV-show in iTunes library and go to iTunes menu ADVANCED and select Create iPod or iPhone Version. Sync the newly created version.
It won't let me select that option.
When you go to the Movies or TV-Show tab on the right Pane, do you see your TV Show there?
Have you checked the box SYNC MOVIES or SYNC TV SHOWS and the respective TV-show?

I actually figured it out. It turns out that iTunes automatically downloads the HD version of tv shows if it's available, and the classic can't sync them. By deleting the shows and redownloading them in the regular version, I managed to get it to sync. Thanks for your help though!
Thank you!! I have had an iPod classic for years but never used it for video, until now. Your suggestion to download/sync in SD mode works great. (Yes, I had to delete the previous download, improperly done in HD, to make the SD work.)
