Experiencing a stutter with gopro time-lapse footage in Quicktime 7.

Hi! I'm making time-lapse sequences in Quicktime Player 7 using GoPro stills. All of them have turned out fine, except for one. This one has identical settings to the others as far as I can tell, but when I bring the sequence into Quicktime and try to play it, it freezes up periodically and then jumps ahead. All of the individual stills in the sequence seem to be fine, but when I try to play it, it has this stutter. Any thoughts as to what could be causing this?

Try a lower frame rate. I was having the same problem at 30 fps and such -- even 12 fps. I took it down to 6 and the stuttering stopped. My time delay for the images was one frame every two seconds, so that might be contribiing. Not sure. More experimenting to come.
