I found a good one on Amazon for $3.00 USD. Just really really really get your screen clean before you go to install the protector. 1 speck of dust will stand out and cause a bubble that will get really annoying. Then really take your time lining the protector up with the controls and camera openings. Then slowly lay it down on the screen starting at one end and work the bubbles out using a credit card as a squeegee. The one I bought came with 3 protectors in the package and because I took my time cleaning the screen and installing the protectore I was very pleased to discover that it doesn't look like I have a protector on my iPad unless you look closely at the home button.

I have read lots of reviews of various screen protectors where people complained about how hard it is to install one and they are right, but just set aside some time, work in as clean a space as possible and take your time laying it down on the screen and you should be able to get good results.

If your question was can you get one at the Apple store, you may not be able to get them there. The local Apple store where I live doesn't carry them and the employees won't tell you straight about why. But just think about it for a bit and it will come to you why they don't sell screen protectors in a store where they also make a lot of money reparing broken screens.
