Can anyone help

Can anyone help I have a new mail notification in my icloud account even though thereis no mail there this is a pain in the butt as the icon always says there is one mail in my inbox

Before anyone says have i cleared all mail the answer is yes,

All mail in all inboxes have been marked read this inbox clearly doesn't have any email in it so why is one showing

It might be a good idea to blank out your name and email information on the graphic that you posted since it is available for everyone to view.

If you have a current Mac under warranty you might want to try getting iCloud support via Express Lane if you live in a country where that option is available.

There is a very short window when you can edit the post. It looks like the timeframe has already passed. I flagged your post and added a comment so that one of the moderators will review it and hopefully pull the graphic for you.

I reported the post and asked for an edit. However, since it's in the form of a screenshot, I don't know if an edit is possible. I suppose I can just ask the mods to delete the screenshot entirely, and you can repost an edited one.
