Perhaps a noob question. Can I use the standard (comes with the unit) Macbook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo ram with a Mac Mini 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo? They seem to have diferent MHz. 1066 MHz DDR3 as opposed to 667 MHz DDR2.....😟

No. The RAM that you use should have the exact specifications that are in your users manual. Otherwise be prepared for problems.
