How to disable the "shutdown" keyboard shortcut on MacBooks?

When you shutdown a MacBook Pro, you press "control+option+command+eject".

The computer immediately shuts down. My computer has the 10.7.3 operating system.

How do I to disable this shortcut?

Also there is a shortcut for immediate restart. "control+command+eject"; how do you disable that??
