This happened to my too, my wonderful nephew is a genius, here is what he told me to do.

First go to your settings, go to the general tab,

go to reset, then reset network settings, all your apps will still be there too..

i have also installed cydia. after that, my iphone 6 restarted and i cant see any icon ( no icon , nothing) exept lock screen . when i slide up, there is only flashlight option in the last row.it can't be restored,backed up etc please anyone help me for god sake.m in deepression now plz hlp plz

Since you jailbroke your phone, we cannot help you. You will have to go somewhere else for help. An Apple Store will not help you either.
