There is 100% no way of changing your Apple ID's security questions / answers without knowing your security answers.. I, Too, had this problem, and i contacted apple support, and got a responce. They basically state that you need to answer your secuity questions to change them... stupid, yes?

Reset your Password. Ask for an email response. The email will include a hyperlink that gets you in the back door. You can then change your password AND all of your security questions/answers.

Some people have had success with resetting security questions via rescue email, but most people don't get that option. I recommed contacting iTunes support, which is NOT tech support, via http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

I wrote this a few weeks ago. Hope this helps. I had a difficult time as well. I called the Apple store closest to my area and they were able to reset my account and I was able to get new questions. I wrote down my answers and now am able to purchase games or songs. Don't waste your time with "managing my account" as I saw no way to solve my problem that way. Please call the nearest store to you and they will help you out!! Hope this helps

All you do is mail the support centre at

iTunesStoreSupport@apple.com. Give them your apple id and ask them to reset they will mail you back in about 48 hrs telling you to log on and answer the questions again. Took me 2 months to find this info from the apple store but works 100%.

Well My Friend It Is Very Quite Simple To Get Back To Your Account And Start Downloading Apps Once Again,Here is the thing Go To The https://appleid.apple.com After that Go to "Manage" Your Account After Singed In To Your Account Click On "Password And Security" After that you'll see your questions with answer under that answers you'll see an option "forget your answers ? send reset security info to 1234@gmail,yahoo,hotmail or etc .com" Click On SEND RESET SECURITY INFO To 123456@mail.com after that system will send you an email to reset your answers open up ur email and reset your questions with their answers Thanks Hope So It Will Help You............!!!!

Have same problem but step 3 does not show at all on my screen and system has now locked me out for 8 hours which means have to wait 2 days now before can contact Apple by phone!!!

well are you sure that step 3 doesn;t show at all on your screen ???? how could it possible !!! have u tried to reset your security question with their ans from differ OP system ? if you dont then do it from differ OP system i'm sure it'll work !!!! 😀

Lamborghini92, the link "forget your answers?" does not appear. You probably logged in with a previously-authorized computer, but the people who are having this problem (like me) have switched their computer or browser, and now apple is trying to do a more complete authentication with answers to those same questions before allowing security options to be changed. Since you don't seem to believe dianefromdarwen, please go to a computer from which you've never accessed your apple id, and tell us what happens.
