Iphone Videos don't transfer to my Macbook

I can't transfer videos of My Iphone 4s to the the MAcbook Pro , I use Icloud, and also I sync with cable and all the pictures DO transfer but NOT the videos..

Help please I need to empty my Iphone cause I have no more space but I don't want to erase all the videos of my kids.
