Unfortunately i do not remember any correct answers so my account always gets blocked for 8 hours a d cannot buy anything! The phone support of apple is useless since in order to resolve the problem i need at least one right correct answer to the questions. Apple told me that there is no solution to my prob. I received some itunes gifts at Christmas and cannot do anything out of it...very frustrating!

Dec 30, 2012 9:04 PM in response to MUMTOTWOBOYSby sierra_avery9,Go to this website: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and press manage your account and sign in using the information you use for iTunes. Go to password and security and you should be able to change it from there! Hope this helps!

45 min on the phone 3 redirects then hanged on. After that my CASE is closed on the site.
That is a one great way to solve the problems.
YES APPLE the *****LINK**** to send the resque email DOES NOT EXIST where it should be.
Start testing your customer support websites as you are loosing more money on frustrated customers
then you are making selling the iPhones.

Aug 5, 2013 12:23 PM in response to sarwar95by King_Penguin,Apple are not here, we are fellow users. What needs fixing ? The option to send reset info only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account.
If you don't then you will need to either try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
