How do I move itunes to my new laptop and remove from old laptop?

You can use Home Sharing to move your library to the new iTunes. Sign into your account and make sure Home sharing is turned on on both computers.

Hi. Okay see the thing is that my laptop has gone for repair and hasn't come back since 8 months and now I want to put some movies on my iPad and it's on another laptop. But now I obviously can't do that because once I sync with a new laptop all my data will be erased and if I restore it it will just restore to the factory settings. I can't risk loosing all my data because all my office work is on this. So can you help me out? I want the movies from the other laptop but how can I restore all my data, like every single thing back on the iPad? Will having a backup on iCloud help? Will get everything back? Photos,mails,notes,contacts and apps.
