I purchased iPad 3. While trying install application,it says it is not available in Kuwaiti store. I entered my credit card details to complete the configuration . What is the issue.

Even free apps have limits on where they can be downloaded. Either the app maker does not want to release it in Kuwait or (more likely) he/she does not have the rights or permits to release it in Kuwait.
My new iPad. I entered my Kuwait credit card details in the app store and now when I try to install a free app, it says not available in Kuwaiti store. What should I do. I amnew iPad
