Hi there. iTunes is pulling the title and description of my blog and listing it as the info for my podcast, instead of the podcast info I have in my feedburner account.

Do you know why? Your help is greatly appreciated.

This is showing the info in the Feedburner feed: for example the 'Podcast Description' shows the contents of the 'itunes:summary' field:
'Romantic Comedies, Parodies, and Absurdities. All 100% Gluten-free.'
and similarly, for the only episodes, the 'itunes:subtitle' and 'itunes:summary' tags both read
'This was a radio commercial I wrote and voiced for Michael's Construction.'
and this is what shows in iTunes for the episode. The title, 'Rich Amooi', is the same in the feed and in iTunes, so I'm not clear what it is that you are seeing as wrong.
I put one audio file up on my blog for the feed to catch. But when it shows up in iTunes, it does not show the actual name of the MP3, but instead puts the name of my blog post where I posted it. For the description of the MP3, it puts the text that I had in the blog posting. Does this make sense?
iTunes does not display the filename of the media file; nor the contents of any ID3 tags (except the image). All its information is taken from the feed. Whatever you want the episode title to be you must put it in the 'title' tag within the 'item' tags for that episode.
I don't know what you mean when you say, "you must put it in the 'title' tag within the 'item' tags for that episode." What is the item? Do you mean that if I want iTunes to list the name of my file as, "Hotdogs," I need to make the title of my blog post, "Hotdogs."??
Also, how come my itunes page says:

You are making your podcast in WordPress: I'm not familiar with that but I would assume that it derives the episode name in the feed (the 'title' tag) from the entry title, and that you probably can't change that - so the answer to that question would be 'yes' unless it's possible to get round it.
Also, how come my itunes page says: Rich Amooi: by Rich Amooi
Because you have entered your name as the title of your podcast as well as the author.
In feedburner, I have the title of my feed as: The Works of Rich Amooi. So I guess that is different than the title of my podcast.
Where do I change the name of my podcast?

That phrase doesn't appear anywhere in the feed - nor on the web page you linked to, which is called 'Rich Amooi' as is the feed
You will need to change the name in WordPress - I suppose that would change the name of the blog page as well, but I can't advise on WordPress.

Why is iTunes pulling the podcast info from my blog? Conflicting info.
