How long does it take the ipod touch 2nd generation to charge with the ipad charger?

It takes less than 9 hours to charge the ipod touch with the ipad charger because the ipad charger is 10W so that means it charges the ipod touch alot faster than charging it on the computer or laptop.

Thge iPod 10 watt charger really will ot charge an iPod any faster than a 5 watt charger since the iPod limits the charging current to prevent damage to the battery. Specs for teh 2G iPosd say:

Charging via USB to computer system or power adapter (sold separately)

Fast-charge time: about 2 hours (charges up to 80% of battery capacity)
Full-charge time: about 4 hours
