Since the "update" to One to One, the only way that I've found to get in is to go to the web site of my local Apple store & I have been able to login from there.

BUT, even after I have logged in, I do not see any way to make a reservation for "Personal Projects".

I am a 2nd year subscriber to One to One & I use "Personal Projects" for almost all of my One to One sessions & now I don't even see an option for it.

I hope they haven't decided to do away with that option.

Has anyone else noticed this ?

I will be contacting Apple to see what is going on. If I get a definitive answer, I will post it.

I finally got it to work !

Here is what works for me:

I go to my local Apple Store web page.

On the upper right, there is a "Make Reservation" area.

Under that there is a One to One "Reserve" selection.

If I tap that, the "Welcome to One to One" Login page comes up.

I login and get a page with a "Reserve Now" Button on the upper left side.

I tap the "Reserve Now" Button and get a page with 17 icons on it.

At the top of that page is displayed: "Select a topic below"

As an example, I tap (select) the iMovie icon.

I next see 3 choices: "Personal Training", "Group Training", and "Open Training".

I select "Open Training".

I am then given the Option to select a time.

I select a time and everything seems to work ok.

Hopefully, this works for others out there !
