I am having the same problem. Carolyn, I did what you suggested and it still doesn't work.
Yesterday, the site was down ALL DAY and today, I get an email from Apple saying, "Come visit our new site!" and "Our site is even better!" But when I visit, the site is STILL not working. I'm this close to requesting my money back- I have some deadlines that I need support for and I can't even schedule an appointment for a service that I paid money for to help me with these issues.
What is going on with One to One? If I can't get in to get help, WHY DID I PAY $99... for NOTHING! Please remind me what I paid for again?
I am having the same issue. Site was down yesterday and now I get the email with the new "site" info and I cannot open link! Getting upset!
