How do I merge aperature2 with iphoto11 and rid duplicates

I just upgraded iphoto9 to iphoto11 and i still have aperature2 on my imac. when i realized i didn't need aperature2 i tried to merge them and now I have duplicates (not to mention picasa). Can someone help me put all my egss in 1 easy to use basket ... like iphoto11?
