I got this message: "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us." . Please why? how to solve this case please? It is still alive on AT&T carrier. Many thanks

That message indicates the device was replaced by Apple and somehow is still is in your hands. It could be a mistake with the database, it could be that you're in posession of a device that should have been remanufactured or destoyed.
Contact Apple and find out what is going on.
Thank you so much for you reply. I bought it from a guy on Ebay He is even not first owner so I dont know how to verify if It got stolen or loss report. The IMEI no seems to be never appear on the world by some famous IMEI checked tools?? I have contacted Apple support and waiting for response.
