When I make a Home Screen icon from Safari Web Page, it gets the icon image either from a screenshot, or from some nice, hi-resolution "icon file".
How do I create one of these hi-res icon files?

Owner of the web page, and want favIcons which look nice and clean and sharp on the iPhone and iPad etc.
