I have various Apple gadgets but my son is rather partial to playing with the iTouch. How do I ensure that he does not goto sites which I deem inappropriate?
I have gone through the help section but it doesn't seem to do much.

You can disable the Safari browser, but not individual sites.
Parents who are concerned about inappropriate content can disable YouTube using Restrictions.
That is the exact culprit. I did the safari restrictions and that held up but not Google and Youtube. Is there any way to use the website data and see where he was? He cleared the history in google but I see lots of infoin website data.

No. You can only see the sites visited but those can be cleared in Settings>Safai.
